Founder and Managing Principal
Allison founded Alpha Verde Holdings, LLC ("AVH") and has over 20 years of extensive affordable housing experience in all facets of acquisition, preservation and rehabilitation. She has transacted on over $1 billion dollars of affordable housing over the span of her career consisting of over 11,000 units nationwide. Before founding AVH in 2018, Allison spent the majority of her career at New York City based Related Companies, most recently as Senior Vice President responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring and closing all types of affordable housing transactions. She has an exemplary transactional and relationship track record with many local, state and federal agencies.
In 2019, Allison was nominated and elected to the Board of Directors of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association. She is involved in several other entities such as the Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation and the New York State Association for Affordable Housing.
She has participated in many symposiums throughout her career and served as a guest lecturer at New York University’s Stern School of Business. Allison earned her BA in Economics from New York University.
