Founded in 2019, Alpha Verde Holdings, LLC ("AVH") specializes in affordable housing acquisitions, preservation and investment. Our mission is to provide high quality and socially responsible affordable housing for low income tenants nationwide.

AVH’s deep transactional and relationship experience lies in many affordable housing programs including but not limited to Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 236, RAD, LIHPRHA, 

Section 202 and PRAC. 

 We have strong  relationships with many debt, equity and nonprofit partners that enable us to be competitive and efficiently take a transaction from its infant stage through beyond closing. Our ability to navigate through complex regulatory, tax, financing and construction obstacles sets us apart in the industry and has resulted in our successful ability to transact.
